Franks say for 6500$ would could have it for a few a days. Nothing in the lot moves. I initially offered 1.5 for prep 5K for shoot, he said "you write me a check for 6500, you can have the lot for a few days" - he may come back with this rate.

Yes filming allowed. Shows and movies have been in the property. Elementary has been there paid approx 10K/day. Full control. Yes we can leave containers, they are willing to negotiate but need to find out size and number of containers. Activities start at 6am and slow down around 2pm to 8pm. after 8pm their activities stop.

Uri is fine with filming.  Rates will depend on our budget, length of time and impact to tenants.  Area photographed is Oak St off of West St entrance.  Will have to work with individual tenants to coordinate shoots but the property belongs to Uri.  Uri will probably ask to speak with the tenants himself at first if production moves forward.  All of the dumpsters from Eagle can be moved.
Need to try and work out getting a key from Gabby to access this back area off Oak St because I had to jimmy through a fence to get in.
