The entrance on 57th can only be used after 4:30pm (might squeak 4pm out of them. There is a security guard there all day. We could probably prep earlier we just couldn't interfere with their construction or coming and going before 4:30. I spoke with Ed Brock property Mgr. Who then asked me to clear it with Ron Hagen the Building Mgr. He said yes basedon those terms and was going to relay or conversation to Ed. I will need to chat with Ed in the am about pricing. Ron said to go in with a no compensation offer. Not sure how Ed will respond to that. |

I put in request with Irene and forwarded on. She called back to say no, stating that there are fees involved with security and there is a 3rd party involved that is not interested in filming. I assured her that we would pay for the security and address any concerns the 3rd party may have. She said no thanks again and that I wasn’t able to speak directly to the 3rd party. I have left a message for Ed Fickler and will follow up as he has not called back. The show “Power” used the back courtyard for a cable run.

Note: - There are two large properties about 5 mins apart, the polo field on Whitney Lane, and everything else on Post Road. - Two polo fields next to each other surrounded by huge mansions. - Beginning in May they put up a large tent in the middle, with some other small tents near the entrance. - Beginning in May, practices start at 6pm on Tues, Thurs and Sat - First match is June 24th. - Spoke to Elizabeth who is in Florida until May 1st as is Esteban, who will be needed to coordinate with the polo players. - Javier showed me both sites and can show with some notice. - Julie owns the property that has all the buildings nearby. She owns 40 horses and can also help coordinate. - Gossip Girls filmed hear about 3 years age. - A reality show tried to film at the polo field last year and their permit was pulled by the Township of Old Westbury the day before filming (don’t know why).
