AV1 Science and Tech building
They are not currently working Fridays So August 10th is the only day in our schedule that this may work. After the 10th they go back to 5 day work weeks. We can prep the day before but would have to keep tables and chairs available to students until 3 or 5pm. (she seemed to be a bit flexible. And we didn't have to keep all of them but just enable students to use the space. I was there on a tuesday and there were about 5 people in the space at 3pm. The cafeteria was the best space. We woul smost likely have to wrap saturday. There was a possibility of hiring security to watch our stuff and then wrap on Monday by 8am. I started to talk to them about setting up the tables and chairs but then complete the wrap during the day. She's getting back to me on costs but she mentioned 1600 per four hours. I told her we needed to be at 12-14 hour periods.
