Fire Department is renting half the floor to store furniture. It is periodically brought in and removed. Northern Part of city block is national gaurd offices (state property)

If basement is filmed, area's not being used by the crew need to be covered with clear-plastic/paper (to prevent people from wondering)
- They have had filming before. - There is a lot of furniture taking up one side of the drill floor. It's donated furniture for hurricane sandy. it is being removed slowly
