Load in is through the basement of the building which requires bringing equipment down about 10 steps and through a designated elevator that leads directly to the penthouse on the 11th floor.
There is an outdoor area that can be used to stage and for lighting. I wasn't able to shoot it cause he was worried about us going out there with the weather.
