Elevator access here. The old stairwell is wider than most and the old loft is very funky. I could not figure out the fire escape though. It is in the back but could not access it through the window. If interested I can find out more. Charles owns the building, but was unavailable to help today. His employee showed me the loft and was rushed and unhelpful. Kathy and Charles are easy to work with.

They own the building together. Richard is on the first floor and Bruce on the second, with a rear facing (renovated) apartment. Bruce handles the business end. The railroad style apartment can be divided or set up in various ways. Also see Apt. 4R for fire escape view high up.
