- She is a tenant, not owner. So we also need to go through Jonathan's office for pricing should we choose to move forward. Building Board fees may also apply or this unit in addition to any building staff personnel needed for the shoot.

- building has had filming before; mostly the common areas; units have been scouted before and building is film friendly
- Exterior photos of day are in the beginning of photos. Evening is towards the end.
- Property management company CLEARED
- Co-Op board also needs to clear. They have done filming many times in the past (TGW, Boardwalk, etc...)
