Alley - 49 E. 7th Street (btw. 2nd And 1st Aves) NYC
Not sure if 49 has access or the building to the left. I have spoken with 49 in the past and the owner was friendly. I think I could see fire escapes deeper into the alley from the gate. Could pursue more if interested.
