NOTES: - There are 4 lanes in front of the building, trucks/vehicles can go there. Mandatory that one lane is kept clear for thru traffic. - Ticketing and baggage claim are off limits - Rooms on 1st floor and 2nd floor are off limits - Bar/lounge areas on second floor are restricted. Need to have an environmental inspection before filming/prep work. The building has not completed that aspect for that portion of the building and since it is a little run down, the presence of any hazardous material or safety hazards is unknown. If we want to film up here or if any crew plans on being up here (including camera position), need to have in detailed LOI and do environmental inspection. - There are two other companies we need to get in touch with should we film there: one for the engineering and logistics (deals with AC, lighting, security/alarm system control, etc...) of building and one for cleaning (hauling trash off site and properly cleaning the building after we wrap out. Robbyn didn't know the price of their prices. - No use of gorilla tape is permitted - No drilling holes or penetrating into the building's infrastructure is whatsoever is permitted. - Any heavy equipment in building = protection. IE, camera/lighting needs to be on top of protection and not directly on the tiled floor. - Minimum 3 week application and approval process. - Working restrooms (men and women) - No working elevator - Cannot control timetables - they are active. Can try asking Robbyn again, but she seemed pretty firm on not being able to control them. - Connecting tubes are TWA until wall break. Cannot go past that boundary.
