- Terminal 8 is owned by American Airlines. Possibly have to speak with Port Authority should we want to film in their parking lot and Airtrain portion that connects to Terminal 8. - No filming around TSA checkpoint (against federal law. - If there is interested in filming in any of the stores/restaurants in the terminal, we have to deal with Westfield Mall. Phil has a contact for them. - 11.11% TSA fee is in the bill calculated from the grand total. - 3 Electricians are required at $65 each per hour. - Security company is required to be hired at 1 guard per 10 people. - Can not film from the security gate looking back at the entrance per security. - The plane that is photographed is a 767-200. - Admiral Club would only consider filming between 7am-3pm. Too busy before and after those times. - Non busy times are 7a-3p and the airport is busier from 3p-7p. - Building electricians: $65 per hour per worker (2 minimum) - Holding room/area (post security only) (can be used for catering): $250 per day - VIP holding room (housed in Admirals’ Club): $100 per hour - Could not scout any airport roads today. Phil is out of town until July 21st, but is responsive via e-mail. The staff he has for him now don't deal with film shoots, so things take longer to setup and gain clearance for than usual.
