All logistics should be coordinated through Elton, the super.
Heavy equipment that can't be carried can be brought to the bigger courtyard through lobby to service elevator than to the basement. Anything that can be carried should be brought down the stairs from the service entrance on 83rd Street. Smaller courtyard has fewer steps.
Tie in in basement approved. We can run cable through basement to courtyards, as long as it doesn't pose a trip hazard. Yellow jackets should be used for cable crossings.
Three units in the building are being renovated, but loud work (hammers, drills and saws) should be finished after Friday, May 21.
There is a crew working on the storefront at 2284 broadway, between 82 & 83 streets. They agreed to work with us on rolls and cuts.
$4,000 for shoot day, $1,000 for prep and wrap days. $200 cash for Elton on our shoot day. |
