Met with the GM, she is not interested in a buyout, but said we could shoot from 7a-1p. There are several entrances and separate rooms, the patio remains uncovered for the winter BUT after mid-october there will be a plastic divider between the outside patio and the intermediate dining room. Has had a lot of filming, very friendly.
