-Merrie and her Husband are very into it. She has a letter of intent and is reaching out to the co-op board and hopes to have and answer for me by the morning.
-there are two other apartments on that wing and Merrie knows them well and doesn't think either will mind but will reach out to them if we are interested.
-There are stares from the lobby to the hallway/apartment.
-The windows in the living room look out toward Ocean Parkway.

-The buildings main entrance is on East 8th but they have a side entrance on Friel Place just to the left of the hallway leading to the apartment (see photo).
-There are three apartments in this hallway. Two of the apartments have a second entranceway that leads out to Friel Place.
-Lowell is very into the idea and he is going to meet with the owner in the AM to discuss. He has been iven a letter of intent.
-The tenant has two cats but he can relocate them for the three days.
