NOTES: -Merrie and her Husband are very into it. She has a letter of intent and is reaching out to the co-op board and hopes to have and answer for me by the morning. -there are two other apartments on that wing and Merrie knows them well and doesn't think either will mind but will reach out to them if we are interested. -There are stares from the lobby to the hallway/apartment. -The windows in the living room look out toward Ocean Parkway.
