Ward Estate - Oldest working ranch in our area going back to 1800's.
I left them a voicemail and a scout letter. May not hear from them until Monday.
Note, they might have a moratorium on interior filming of the house. Will get an answer on that when I speak with them.
If none of the existing structures work for carriage house, I thought it might be interesting to build one in the wooded area to the left of their driveway. It would offers views to the front and side windows of the house. And also provide good wooded cover at a nice distance from the house. |
