House is on a double lot with lots of regular trees. Only one palm on front curb to avoid. The Posin family are new owners... purchased two months ago from Mayor of Pasadena. On historical register as the Stimson House circa 1890s. Posins are ok with building inside or adding additional window to carriage house.

Great old property. Cold scouted... Doesn't want filming in bedrooms or in their upstairs tenant space of carriage house. Upstairs hallway in main house is ok. I think they just don't want to move stuff in their bedrooms. Ground level garage areas of the carriage house is ok to shoot. Don't know if they can be coerced into using the whole property. She seems pretty firm on it. Didn't see attic which she said is full of stuff.
