Greystone - current We may paint walls as long as we repaint or leave them with a color they approve.
They had a home design show in the space so there are some rooms with left over details from that event. The rangers for Greystone will let us go over that work as long as it looks presentable when we are done.

Handleman Hs - 455 S. Lorraine | The 2nd Floor Master Suite could play as an architecurally significant Park Avenue apartment unto itself. And there's enough real estate around the property to do a good green screen. Owners are fine with sweeping out the furniture. They also said they don't mind losing the printed wallpaper if you needed to change the wall treatment or want to roughen it up. They have replacement wallpaper you can reinstall if necessary. There are also many more rooms not shown in the photographs. |

Berman Hs - 355 S. Rimpau | Has the right bones to play as an upper west or upper east apartment. The marble entryway at the rear of the place would make a nice entry hall if we traded out the glass doors to create something more like a typical apartment door entry that leads out to a hallway. |
