The 2nd Floor Master Suite could play as an architecurally significant Park Avenue apartment unto itself. And there's enough real estate around the property to do a good green screen. Owners are fine with sweeping out the furniture. They also said they don't mind losing the printed wallpaper if you needed to change the wall treatment or want to roughen it up. They have replacement wallpaper you can reinstall if necessary. There are also many more rooms not shown in the photographs.
