Excellent setup here. A few different types of rooms on ground floor end of property. So good privacy with direct access to parking lot. They have rooms that they would allow us to transform to our GA likeness. And they have rooms that could play for LA, FLORIDA or DC. Rooms have oversized bathrooms as well. Great breakfast area with good separation from lobby. So very controllable. Possible to also get two different exterior looks if you use the front and back of the property.

23 A very good match for Georgia. Even the carpet is in the right wheelhouse. There's a number of rooms with the right geography. We can rearrange or redress furniture as needed.
