This hotel was recently updated. It could play for LA Motel, Florida hotel or DC hotel. Rooms can not be altered to play for GA motel. But it is diagonally across from Hampton Suites if we want to mini move across the street for other looks.
They will allow us to film guest rooms. However they won’t allow the lobby or breakfast area.
Filming Exterior is also ok and we could take a block of rooms on ground floor at either end of hallways in order to have direct access to parking lot. Some rooms have connecting rooms
There’s a vacant office complex directly next door where we might basecamp and/or film some office scenes. Though not cleared yet. Checking availability for filming. Agoura Business Park.

Excellent setup here. A few different types of rooms on ground floor end of property. So good privacy with direct access to parking lot. They have rooms that they would allow us to transform to our GA likeness. And they have rooms that could play for LA, FLORIDA or DC. Rooms have oversized bathrooms as well. Great breakfast area with good separation from lobby. So very controllable. Possible to also get two different exterior looks if you use the front and back of the property.
