Really great scale and visual scope. Suite 205 currently vacant. It’s good in that it’s unimproved. Old stained carpet. Plain not fancy compared to some suites that have been upgraded. Building was built in the 1980’s. Lots of office doors surrounding central courtyard. Interesting stairs up the front and also back stairs.
