Global law firm with 3 1/2 floors of new offices. Award winning high end design by Gensler. High end furniture, finishes and tech throughout. Never had filming before. Made direct contact through one of the Partners in the firm.
Note: They would love for us to use their name if possible. It would save us the trouble and expense of covering their branding. Might even save us a bit on location fee. As everything is brand new there is some degree of concern for damage. Manatt is a well respected global law firm so it could be a good look or brand for Jane.
Available areas: Their 14th Floor conference center in Suite 1450 is wholly available without restriction during the week. It has its own reception desk, office areas and loads of great conference rooms we can use or convert to an executive’s office. Actual attorney offices may not be used due to sensitive materials throughout.
However we may also film most of the common areas on their other floors with limited hours during the week in case we were looking to pair work in a common area with work in Suite 1450.
17th Floor is their main reception and waiting area.
16th Floor common area - aka the “Surfboard Room” due to the design motif of ceiling. A chill zone for their employees.
15th Floor common area - aka the “Quiet Car” room is another chill out/work area for their attorneys.
