This Jerry is the owner of the hero building we want at the palm drive alley. We want to use the back stairs of his 9201 Wilshire building.  
30k flat deal to use back stairs and relocating cars to the lot next door.


Carolyn Wood is the admin contact for the building next door. 9215 Wilshire. Using their parking lot etc.

And she’s fully aware of our plan to relocate the 9201 Wilshire cars to 9215 Wilshire.  No money discussed yet.


The third building and parking lot on the Palm Drive alley is 9229 Wilshire Blvd.

We’d want access to their lot for overflow and staging.

Note: if needing to park or stage anything heavier than a car… definitely use the 9229 Wilshire lot as it’s on solid ground.

9215 Wilshire has underground parking directly under the surface portion of the lot….  and there’s no telling what the weight limit is when parking on the surface portion of the lot there.  Best to keep it to cars, vans and smaller vehicles.
