Camera looks SOUTH to see house.
Front Yard: approx 70 x 40' - has one small leafless tree but grass is nice and green. The greenest I saw. Also, the sun seems to mostly fill the yard (the house is short so not as much shade).
YARD NEAR STREET: pretty green, some brown, very dappled due to trees. Approx 90' x 60'
BACK YARD: lots of brown, also palm trees near the back fence. It is very big - plenty of room
Grass type is UNKNOWN - homeowner is going to check with gardner.
