The Male leads the pack and Momma bring up the rear. The geese pairs share baby setting with each other. I've seen two different sizes of Babise being watched by two Adults. Their hatch times were obviously several days if not weeks apart.

There the two of them are. They are preparing to do a Sand Hill Crane Dance as only Sand Hill Cranes can do. You don't see this very often. Lots of folks don't know they do this even.

I got several shots that day but after she was setting on nest I saw him only once in the bushes near by. There are usually only 2 eggs max.
This pair had 2 eggs one hatched but sadly it didn't survive but about a week. The Aults then left the area.

This Bald Eagle is a injured female at Zoo Montana in Billings, MT. They can't be in captiviy unless they are unable to fly. I think this one had a  wing injury that left it unable to fly. There are two female Eagles in this open enclosure. An employee there told me a Male flys in for a visit every so often.
