 85 234 3474 RJ copy This Bald Eagle is a injured female at Zoo Montana in Billings, MT. They can't be in captiviy unless they are unable to fly. I think this one had a wing injury that left it unable to fly. There are two female Eagles in this open enclosure. An employee there told me a Male flys in for a visit every so often.
