I can not thank Gary and Debbie Glaspey of Desert High Rat Terriers enough for allowing me to own this wonderful boy. Samson is a happy boy with a delightful personality. He had a big name to live up to and is proving to be worthy of the challenge.
Samson is growing into a stunning example of our breed. God gets the honors for blessing us with this beautiful boy. He has already exceeded my wildest dreams and I feel he will continue to bless us with his presence and personality. I just love this boy. Please enjoy him with me.
At 9 months of age and after only 5 show week-ends Samson has been able to acheive his CH title, his GRCH title, RBIMBS, as well as BIMBS. I feel blessed beyond measure to have this wonderful Dog in my life. As an added bonus, he is a sweet boy who is very happy and playful. What more could anyone ask for?

Modesto, CA Show - October 10, 2009 - New UKC GRAND CHAMPION
Samson won both Champion classes beating out four other outstanding dogs to achieve his Grand Champion Title. Many thanks to Patricia Young and Patricia Johnson for honouring Samson.
Pleasanton, CA Show - September 5 & 6
Samson won Reserve Champion under 3 Judges. Thank you Rebecca Harris, Kimberly Allison, and Judy Jones.
Madras, OR Show - August 21, 22, & 23, 2009 - Samson's first BIMBS and RBIMBS win - WooHoo!!!
The show was great fun and Samson was in rare form and very animated in the show ring. He was blessed with a BIMBS win under Judge Debbie Orwin and RBIMBS under Judge George Warner. He also won a Champion class under Judge Rebecca Harris, Reserve Champion under Judge Nina Marie Sherrer and Al Orwin. A huge thank you goes out to all the Judges who honoured Samson this week-end.
Sparks, NV Show - July 11 & 12, 2009
This was Samson's first time entering as a Champion. He did a wonderful job competing against the more mature dogs. Judge Joyce Lea-Hanson blessed us with a Champion of Champions win but alas there were only 2 Champions in the ring. Samson gave a valiant effort in the BOB competition but Kindle was strutting her stuff and took the Breed win.
Rancho Cordova Show - June 27 & 28, 2009 - New UKC Champion
This was Samson's first show at 6 months and 1 week of age. He blessed us by winning Best of Winners under all 4 Judges and achieving his Champion Title his first week-end showing. It is an absolute honor to own such a stunning example of our breed standard. Thank you to all the Judges who acknowledged Samson this week-end:

Update:
It is with great sadness that I had to say goodbye to my beloved Bodie today, 8/9/19. He is in doggie heaven now. I will miss him every day of my life. Good-Bye my sweet boy.
Bodie took his Canine Good Citizen test on 11/16/10 and passed with flying colors. I am very proud of him.
Bodie is a well loved and spoiled pet. He has the sweetest temperment and everyone who spends time with him is crazy about him. He is such a well behaved dog and almost never (emphasis on almost) does anything naughty.
I always know when one of my dogs has done something they should not have by Bodie's behavior. He gets a look on his face like "Uh Oh, someone did something naughty and is in trouble". Every time I see him give me that look I know I need to look around to see what has happened.
He lets the kitties sleep in his crate, share his water bowl, and sleep with him. One of his greatest joys is when he can run at full speed. If he can get other dogs to chase him, even better. |
