Update: It is with great sadness that I had to say goodbye to my beloved Bodie today, 8/9/19. He is in doggie heaven now. I will miss him every day of my life. Good-Bye my sweet boy.

Bodie took his Canine Good Citizen test on 11/16/10 and passed with flying colors. I am very proud of him.

Bodie is a well loved and spoiled pet. He has the sweetest temperment and everyone who spends time with him is crazy about him. He is such a well behaved dog and almost never (emphasis on almost) does anything naughty.

I always know when one of my dogs has done something they should not have by Bodie's behavior. He gets a look on his face like "Uh Oh, someone did something naughty and is in trouble". Every time I see him give me that look I know I need to look around to see what has happened.

He lets the kitties sleep in his crate, share his water bowl, and sleep with him. One of his greatest joys is when he can run at full speed. If he can get other dogs to chase him, even better.

1. Rally Obedience (May 15, 2010)

Bodie and I entered the Rally Obedience Novice A Class for the first time at the ARTA National Show April 2010. Bodie received two qualifying scores. We would have received a third if the handler (ME) didn't reach down and touch her dog. *sigh*

We are working hard practicing and I expect Bodie will obtain his Rally Novice title shortly.

In the meantime, we will be entering AKC Rally Trials. I am having so much fun working with Bodie in Obedience. He is such a sweet boy.

Adolescence and Teen Months

Bodie is developing into such a delightful, happy, well mannered dog. He has started obedience classes in preparation for Agility which we will try after he is 1 year old. He is such a Joy in my life. Please enjoy my photos of him growing up.

Dragonfly's He's All That

Bodie is my first Rat Terrier and I have fallen completely in love with him. I am now owned by a Rat Terrier. Thank you everyone who has helped and supported me in this life changing event. A special thank you to Carol from Dragonfly Kennels for allowing me to provide a loving home to one of her dogs. Enjoy.

Bodie's life began at Dragonfly Kennels. There were 8 puppies in this litter.
