SURFACE WATER ON MARS Discovered March 16 2000
This collection of images is part of an independent study in progress of possible surface water on the planet Mars. Images are from the JPL/NASA archives of Mars Orbiter Images and the European Space Agency.
It is my opinion that these images along with others that are being studied strongly support the existence of current surface water on Mars.

It looks like a pool of water has accumulated in the middle of a muddy looking band of Martian turf. Notice the green coloration around the big rock just to the right of image center in the foreground. There are hints of green around many of the rocks in this image.
Algae or moss-like flora might account for the greenish coloration at the base of the rocks.

Much of the Martian landscape viewed in this image appears to be viewed through water. It looks like there is a water mark around the top of the light-colored dome in the top part of the image. Additionally, the reflective qualities shown around the base of the dome suggest flowing water.
It may be that there is surface water on Mars only at certain times and in certain places.
I am speculating that in some areas the surface water is caused by daytime temperatures that are in the range of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, melting exposed ice or ice that is just beneath the surface.
In the lower area of the image where the water appears to deepen there is the impression of faint surface fracturing and reticulation consistent with surface ice that is breaking up.

This appears to be a water-filled cavern. Water may have covered more of the surrounding land at some time and then receded, leaving muddy ground that has dried into patterns of reticulation (at image top).

Geothermal activity could also account for the appearance of surface water on Mars. In 1980 Dr. Leonard Martin of the Lowell Observatory discovered a large water spout on Mars. An image of the reacurring Martian Waterspout was published in the Dec. issue of NASA Activities. There are also ice and sand geysers on Mars indicating ongoing geothermal activity.

At the very bottom edge of this image (towards the center) There are several small dark objects which are very intriguing. They appear to be floating in water and illuminating the areas directly beneath them. Additionally there appears to be water level marks around some of the land forms. This image has a watery look to it. I am given the impression that I am looking through clear water to the Martian surface below.

| enlarge 43KB, 1024x989 20 Terraforming Mars? Is it possible that Terraforming Mars is already underway? One of the methods that has been suggested to make Mars more hospitable is to spray gases into the atmosphere forming clouds that would hold in the planet's warmth (much like the chemtrail particulates are doing on Earth, reflecting back heat and energy to the Earth's surface, contributing to the recent acceleration in global warming). On Mars as on Earth this results in the melting of polar ice. Perhaps a good thing on Mars but not so good on Earth. Additionally, the vast stores of ice just beneath the Martian surface would also start melting as the temperature rises eventually forming lakes, rivers and a thicker atmosphere. There have been reports that the polar ice caps on Mars are shrinking. Could it be that we already on Mars?

enlarge 63KB, 1024x1024 21 Chemtrails on Mars? CRISS-CROSS GRID IN MARTIAN SKY
As I was thinking about the chemtrails on Earth contributing to the recent acceleration in global warming and the melting of polar ice it occurred to me that the clouds in this Mars image resemble some of the cloud patterns in images I have seen of chemtrailed Earth skies. There is a similar criss-cross or grid pattern in this cloud-covered Martian sky. I have included an image showing this criss-cross grid, created by heavy chemtrailing in an Earth sky for comparison (next).
| enlarge 54KB, 1024x767 22 EARTH SKY HEAVILY GRIDDED WITH CHEMTRAILS I'll be darned! I just can't help wondering when looking at this image and the previous one side by side about the possibility that chemtrail technology is already being used on Mars. The previous Mars image sure suggests this to me. If we have already started terraforming Mars it would seem logical that chemtrails (which would cause warming of the red planet) might be a part of the process.
