The Giant Boab This giant Boab Tree, estimated to be 750 years old, weighs 36 tonnes and stretched 14 metres high and 8 metres wide (branch span). The trunk measures 2.5 metres in diameter.

The Old Swan Brewery Built 1879 and operated as a brewery until relocating to a large, fully-automated factory at Canning Vale in the late 1970's.
