HARPERS FERRY NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK is located at the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers in the states of West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. Harpers Ferry had an important part in many historical and cultural events from it's beginnings in the early 1800's.
