This is an old one. This is actually a 'shot' of the old 10" & 16" Hot Mill end of the Strip Steel area of WSX. No railyards yet, and no Cold Mill Bldg. Looks like a farm or house, right center, where the 54" SS Machine Shop Bldg. now stands.
