Mulch ruined, shrubs and trees died as whatever in white dust from tile removal on roof and being tramped on as well as latters, and more drug through killed all landscaping. Even used the decorator front wall as saw horse to cut wood.

 Laundry room prior to roofer. The shelf above washer and dryer fell off wall when the delivery of material truck dumped huge pile of shingles on roof shaking whole house. Sounded like bomb going off. Drywall repaired, waiting on painting and then put shelf unit back up. Just painted 4 months earlier. Found 2 slabs leaks caused at time that requires whole house repipe, repairs would not work.

Pool screen not damaged and screen enclosure white, not blackened with black from roof paper and etc. Pool redone and new enclosure screen as well as all tile and pavers were only 4 years old. Previous resident paid $17,000 per next door neighbor in late 2012 just prior to cancer diagnosis.

 Grass, shrubs and dock prior to roofer. Note the shrubs all dead as were covered in white tile dust. Roof Smart state they cover all shrubs, pool, enclosures prior. This was NOT done.
|  Kitchen, see the tree through window? It died as buried in white dust and all shrubs basically stoned. Took us hundreds and hundreds of hours clean up, they left clean up to us. They only pressure washed the dock which lasted to first rain and the white dust all over lawn went right back on it. Put all that white dust and stones that was on dock into canal, not sure that legal?

|  Bath prior to roofer. Caulk and grout fine as well as no water marks like currently. That whole wall to outside got hit with water over and over, they poured some tar on shingles and threw mess of caulk on and slowed down but still leaks (we had drywall repaired but already has mold again as still getting wet).

 Taken during home inspection. This room walls and ceiling damaged during roof and thereafter, it has now been repaired with drywall and just had walls painted week of 20th. Ceiling cannot be repaired/painted untill skylights replaced.

 FROM HERE ON IS HOME A FEW WEEKS LATER AND DAMAGE DONE BY ROOFER. They started roof a couple weeks after we bought home. Some of tile chips from roof this photo.
