"La Steccata di Sant'Ilario Baganza" is the name of the house at Via E. Damenti, 21, 43035 Sant'Ilario Baganza PR, Italia
What you see when you park your car. The large building on the left is the old "mangiatoria" or barn where horses or cattle were fed. It has been a meeting hall for the community of Felino.

Roses at the entrance to the East face or rear of the property.
An old barn, modernize with concret floor, has many potential uses as a shelter or party area.

The barn is quite large.

The former Comune Felino meeting hall was originally a barn for the feeding of animals - a "mangiatoria." It has been fully modernized but the 2 upper floors have not been developed as of yet.
The East front door, not the legal, official entrance, but really the main entrance because of the parking access. It is heavy double insulated glass in a steel frame.
East front of the house and tower
The East front to the north of the front door.
The house and stone tower are not yet connected internally, but can be done so easily.
The stone tower dates from the 17th century, I believe. It has been totally insulated and with new double-glazed windows, but is not yet developed.

The Entrance or foyer. The door in the back is actually the official front door of the house but is rarely opened.

The stairs led to an open vaulted room currently used as a home gymnasium or palestra. The glass door on the right leads to the sitting room.

Modern solid broad iron steps and railing are easy to climb.
Opposite the stairs and palestra is the undeveloped floor of the mangiatoria.

The mangiatoria has old feeding troughs around the side walls. The door is the front entrance. The flooring is terracotta.

The glass panel to the drawing room lightens the room. It is solid, and not a door.
