 That is Raegan in the back. This picture was taken on May 4th at her orphanage. Another woman had requested a photo of the girl in the front because her travel to pick that girl up was delayed by a broken ankle (the mother's, not the child's). Raegan "just happened" to be in the picture, too. Now we have a more up-to-date photo. She looks like she has grown if you compare her feet in this one to where her feet are in the other pictures.
|  I'm having trouble with the scanner. This was the best I could do to get them all on here. One at a time wouldn't work very well.
|  Madison is from Guangdong Province (see Hong Kong?) and Raegan is from Hunan Province which is north and slightly west of there.
|  Here is a picture an online friend shared of the day she got her little girl from the same orphanage that Raegan is in, Hengyang Social Welfare Institute. All of these kids were from there. Don't you love the little green and yellow outfits (NOT!). I think they look like prisoner outfits. UGH :) This is probably the same room we will meet Raegan in.
|  This is a finding ad. They place these in the paper to see if anyone claims the babies. Unfortunately, this is not Raegan's. These children were all found right after her. I can see the numeric dates if I look really close at the original. But this is from Hengyang, so these are her little friends.
