Sweet Noogie was found as a stray.  She had a severely fractured radius and ulna of her left front leg.

Two vets tried to fix her, but lacked the ortho skills to provide what she needed.   On Feb. 11, 2010 Noogie was put on a plane in Little Rock, Arkansas for a flight to Green Bay, WI  where an orthopedic vet was waiting for her.  She underwent surgery on Friday, placing a bone plate and seven screws into the leg to hold the fracture while it heals.

She came home on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010.  Her vet bills will run around $1500 and donations are being accepted at www.ratterrierresq.com

Noogie is the sweetest thing.  She loves everyone and even with  her surgery, her little bob-tail is always going.
