1 This was how windows looked when Hershberger bid - no damage on glass, just needed reset and retrimmed in and out.

2 From one of his workers putting latter up against our recently wrapped porch poles. He never told us and we did get him to fix that as caught it just as he was leaving. This is type workmanship and care throughout a good portion of the work. Aluminum and scrap left outside on ground, garbage can outside full, dirt everywhere in our home and he left it like that, just taking small load away and we didn't know until he left as he told us about 10 minutes before he was leaving to look around and was gone. Once he got most all his money he just point blank said he was too busy to come back and fix damages at our home and to prove it and take him to court or take his offer to just settle. Would you want to deal further with this contractor - finally signed off and good riddance.

4 How they did caulking, worked two days on trying to clean off excess caulk, etc. and still not all done.
5 Covered this wire with siding we ended up extra, did he cap it off properly as he is not an electrician? So now have to have electrician come, take siding section down to make sure we do not have home catch on fire.
6 3 windows have this on them at top and thought glue but now found out this contractor used "Great Stuff" Dow Insulation for Windows and got drops all over and huge amount in some areas like this one, tried to wipe it off and smeared it on. Within minutes per Dow Chemical on contacting them it is permanent and will not now come off.

8 Windows after Hershberger reinstalled. Not there before. Hershberger was hired to reset windows, insulate, trim and put new wood on wood window walls. Two contractors said they also could trim out the glass (Lowe's installers had installed crooked and to hide had nailed trim into edge of vinyl, but no damage to windows. We had choice of replacing the windows which Lowe's refunded for or trying to retrim to hide the nail holes in the vinyl, damage though was done to the wood around the windows walls and we had to do one or other due to cost. Hershberger stated since he saw no damage to glass (no one did - not one contractor who bid) that he could wrap aluminum over the white vinyl and then put our funds into redoing the wood. Cost either way the same. But now the glass is damaged AFTER we paid to have them reset and trimmed out with new aluminum and wood. Would now cost us double again to have fixed.
9 Damage to ceiling which is only damage Hershberger acknowledged other then dents in our floating eng. wood floor he installed moving our refrigerator.

12 Floor unlevel, he put center island on top of floating floor against mfg. specifications which voids 20 year warranty.

15 Level (in 3 photos) is our new eng. wood floor Hershberger laid (Jonathan Hershberger, Clare, Michigan). Look level to you? Also put under our island which he was not to do as voids warranty on flooring, also put 5 large dents in it carrying fridge into kitchen as two small young guys kept setting it down and got it stuck also in doorway damaging it as well.
16 Do these two windows looked trimmed the same outside to you? Were suppose to be.
