This is the condition of the kitchen in the house that Douglas J Hannah Property Management rented to me at 138 N White, Kansas City, MO. I put a $1,000 deposit down on November 9, 2012. After I viewed the house, I was told that the place would be cleaned up before I took possession on December 14, 2012. These photos show CLEARLY that the kitchen was NOT attended to prior to giving me posession of the house. I was allowed to back out of the lease, but was denied a full refund of the deposit because they "had the house off the market for 45 days". Apparently 45 days is not long enough for them to CLEAN THE KITCHEN properly!!!! HORRIBLE! HAPPY HOLIDAYS FOR KEEPING MY MONEY! NEVER AGAIN!
