One question keeps popping-up
"What is a Catch Pen?"
It's small working Corrals or a small pen, out in the wilds, where you can Catch-and Hold and hold Wild or Semi-Wild Horses, Cattle - and Hold then as you Gather more head to hold - until you decide that to do with them.
There are as many designs and ideas of catch pens as there are livestock owners. Small producers have the same needs for a catch pen and working facilities as large producers. The difference is the size of the catch pen needed.
The ideal Catch Pen may have one main objective but must incorporate a number of useful functions.
The main objective is the confinement to impose management. One pen can allow this objective to be accomplished smoothly. The facilities to sort and load items to be managed... This is a Catch Pen

My first Edition!
The Printer gave me a $100 Discount because it was "Photoready", set-up so well.
Dad and I did a lot of reading and studying to put it together and get it out.
Most Printers wanted big money to print 2,000 to 3,000 copies.
The Gilroy Dispatch gave me the same price - but then said they would print 10,000 for $50. more - all the cost is in the setting-up.
The rest is just paper.

I Started "Vickey's Catch Pen Gazette" on my foster sisters Apple Computer - It Crashed - She had a Platium Repair Contrect with "Good Guy" where she bought it. _ When Good Goy's could not Honer their Contract _ I went to APPLE _ These Apple Inployees gave me a New Computer Thank You!

Good Guy's kept saying "We can't get parts to fix it.
On our way to the Cow Palace in San Francisco I talked Dad into stopping at "Apple Inc. in Cupertino to see why there were No Parts. In no time I was talking to several "Apple employees" on in house phone lines.
Good Guys had our computer fixed and back in two days

With in the week Dave Crego (on Right) called me to take a tour of the Apple Campus.
At the end of my tour Dave sad that he, Diane Bebber, (center) Mr. Matuch (on left) and Apple would see that I receive my own New Mac and Printer

Horsetrader's Gazette
Dad started a small paper in 1968 - when he Had .50¢ in his Pocket - long story _ It was printed on a 8 x 11 Sheet of Paper folded in 1/2 to make 4 Pages _ this would be the Front and Back Page
He was selling 1/2 interest in this Paper for $200,000. when he was Arrested For Child Support and Jailed - Now your Kid could learn to print a Paper on a Mac _ Cost = Time and Paper!
