Urethane body mount set for WDX-WM300, FFPW
| Grade 8 bolts, sleeves, washers included. Extra shim washers for getting the body aligned to the hood properly.
And I use smaller diameter sleeves to leave maximum rubber inside the frame holes. SSsshush.
| Thick one goes on top in front mounts, thinner one on top of rears.
They are softer that the usual Urethane mounts for better noise & vibration isolation. Also thicker than OE, to keep the body from ever contacting the frame and acting as a megaphone.
| High performance- because they are RED Urethane!
They are long lasting Urethane, of the softer, quieter 60A Durometer.
|
Snap in pad for bed crossmembers.
| 2 1/4" diameter
| | Blue transfer case mount pads
|
| In black, with radiator support pad and a stack of fender washers for shimming.
| Tig weld heavy top washer to steel sleeve.
| |
Clearance between body and frame w/ taller bushings. Can you see the dip with a bit of rust around it? That is where a different cab had been rubbing.
| Scrap cut offs.
| Divot in left side of frame from a different cab rubbing there for years.
| Shop manual pic showing OE '50 and up rubber mounts.
|
Transfer case mount kits. See how the old black rubber one has swelled up and gotten as soft as a marshmallow? Won't happen with Polyurethane.
