This specific design which I just call snake/dragon due to the texture which reminds me of snake skins or patterns on snake bodies is found on Selro and Selini designs and I don't believe one will find them on any other manufacturer's pieces.  They consist of the lines like v's with holes that look like someone stuck pins into molten metal, creating a lip around each hole.  Very distinctive but definitely not found on all Selro Corp pieces. Open center leaves are found on many Selro designs. Textured backs like ripples or tiny pebbles are found on many Selro designs. Open center leaves are found on many Selro designs. Selro clasp. Selini dangle. Leaves found on most floral designed Selro.  Note open centers! Another type of leaf found on earlier Selro and Selini types of jewelry.
