Kayaking the Lagoon
| One morning on the Radio net (VHF) someone announced a kayak trip back up into the lagoon. This Lagoon is on the other side of the dredged out area where the marina is, and streches back into the tidal plain a few miles. It's basicaly where the orginal stream comes from the mountians and dumps into the ocean. We were to meet at 7:00am in order to catch push from the incoming tide as we paddled up into the lagoon and then ride out, on the out going tide. Great fun! |
