During my last month at work (before moving to a different company), I went to Tokyo to wrap up loose ends and properly exit my duties over there. It was a sad trip, as I had enjoyed working with our Japan Office co-workers and also was captivated by the Japanese culture. I'll be back...

1 Otani Shrine at the Hotel This was my view for breakfast every day. The New Otani Hotel was on the site of this ancient Japanese garden.

8 Good Luck Charm Near the shrine, there's a place where you can write a special prayer on a wooden tablet and hang it here. I wrote a prayer for a wonderful and healthy future for my daughter.
