Cabo San Lucas Since I was between jobs, working on my novel, I was looking for anything to distract me.  So, when my friend Anne-Marie said she was heading to Cabo for Memorial Day, and looking for company, it didn't take long for me to cash in some frequent flyer miles! 1 Anne-Marie on water taxi 2 Dinner at Billygan's It was cool eating on the beach, until the tide started coming and washing over our feet under the table! 3 Cabo Point 4 At the condo Just before heading out for a night on the town. 5 El Squid Roe One of the more popular hangouts. 6 The Giggling Marlin Anne-Marie dancing on the bar.  There wasn't alot of room on the floor. 7 Dinner at La Galeria We met Amy, who joined us for dinner one night. 8 Lobster Tacos and Beer Cool name for a restaurant.  And a pretty good brunch as well. 9 Lovers Beach 1 Nothing like awesome weather and a beach. 10 Lovers Beach 2 We rented a canoe and paddled to this tiny beach. 11 Lovers Beach 3 12 Mango Deck We went to some of the best happy hours in Cabo. 13 Marina Sol Resort Here's the resort that we stayed at. 14 Pelican Rock 15 Playa Medano 1 I took a stroll down the beach. 16 Playa Medano 2 Sunset. 17 Playa Medano 3 An early morning shot. 18 Playa Medano 4 So peaceful in the morning.  I guess most people were in their hotel rooms, hung over... 19 Sea Lions on the rocks around Cabo. 20 La Officina Another happy hour at "The Office".  We didn't realize it was two for one jumbo margaritas!
