1 Umstead State Park.	2 Impossibly tall pines.	3 Lichen?	4 Shelter space.
5 Moss growing on the roots of a fallen tree.	6 Starting out.	7 Fallen trees (from various ice storms and hurricanes).	8 Nice bridge across the stream.
9 Group pic!	10 Winter in the woods.	11 As dusk falls.	12 Root explosion.
13 Zack crosses on the rocks.	14 Too rocky for canoeing!	15 Wild ferns grow green in the carpet of leaves.	16 Moss adds a splash of bright green too.
