TEMPLIN HIGHWAY AREA
Old Highway 99 aka Golden State Highway, north of
Castaic. Exit west leads to Golden State Highway/ Old Highway 99 in the Angeles National Forest. Road starts out as a divided highway and then becomes 2 lanes which runs 4 miles north to gate at Frenchman's Flat.

According to Dennis @ PPS, it's 3 entities for the permit - Nat'l Forest, Dept Water Resources, LA County - if interested, should start permit process by Mon Feb 12 |
