I would have never thought this could be D&E until I took a look at the construction. The basic prong setting is the same as shown in the Attributes- Findings & Terms Album.
55 D&E characteristics: Joint & Catch Pin, Figure Eight Puddling, rivet, pin that can also be worn as a pendant.
56 The pin is also a pendant and has the hook that I have seen on other D&E pieces. Also has figure 8 plating.
