Da Chief's new tepee...delivered by RAC Transport from Colorado Yurt.  No buffalo were harmed in the making of this tepee!  Judging by the presence of a nearby outhouse...indoor plumbing was not an option!

Da Chief's home furnishings. (interior of his tepee)  Sitting Bull never had it this good! Due to the lack of a TV set...the occupants apparently spend their evenings...just banging on the powwow drum!

Great Rattlesnake Hunt on the Rio Chama.   Weaponized Hunters: Donna Smith (shovel), Da Chief (bow/arrow), Dick Spain (ball peen hammer). "The Duck" prevailed...as expected...with 1 snake in her gunny sack. The other contestants totaled zero snakes in their WalMart bags...but displayed good effort!

The Red Pony Bar & Grill. "Continual Soiree".  Proprietor:  Darrel "Henry Standing Bear" Hofstetter.  Just off the reservation!  The bartender handled his tasks with ease...and did not have to exercise his "bouncer" skills.

Ed Grey, Topeka, KS, one of the cowboys, sizes up Da Chief...preparing for the possibility of a Cowboy vs. Indian confrontation.  However, he seems to be greeting Da Chief with the word "kemosabe"

Da Chief addressing the assembled masses.  Judging from the number of microphones...there is much interest in the words that he speaks!

Custer never had the luxury of calling in reinforcements at the Battle of the Little Big Horn.  The obvious problem here is...the Indians own the jeep!

The feeding of wildlife is frowned upon by New Mexico wildlife authorities.  Apparently...Da Chief's tribe think they are above the law!

Engineer to caboose. Hello out there. Where are you? What do suppose happened to you and that trainload of Cowboys, Indians and Hippies that we were hauling up the hill to Cumbres Pass for dinner? Any chance that you are back in Chama?  Over!
