This is an album of my convent as of this summer 2016. I have taken a photo of the entire convent and taken each shelf separately so you can see the detail. I no longer have these on display, but they are packed in boxes by each compartment so I know which ones are in each box.

5 These are wonderful Dave Grossman figurines, I actually have a copy of the original ad slick for these wonderful nuns, also hanging on the back is a beautiful hand painted nun plate. I will try to add a copy of the ad slick to the album soon. It took me a while to find all of them once I knew what the collection consisted of, the seated nun with the birdcage was the most difficult and the last piece I found.
6 This is a copy of the original Ad Slick from the Dave Grossman Company, they loaned it to me when I was writing The Nun Book, for Schiffer publications, but I was unable to complete the book at that time, So, I have saved it for my future endeavour.
7 oops I will have to figure out how to delete this one, LOL.

14 Eric Stauffer was a designer for Hummel, but did some work on his own, these are his versions of the Four Seasons, the ones on the left are so like Hummels, on the right are wall pockets.

16 This is my Blessed St. Rita, I have a special devotion to her, I have been to visit her incorrupt body in her Church in Cascia, Italy. She is the patron saint of womens causes. There are also so Therese figures in there too.
Kim, Your convent display is beautiful! I love the way you've arranged and grouped them. You've given me a great idea, as mine are in curio cabinets and I think I will rearrange them similar to the way your have yours. I love the Dave Grossman set. I have the nun on a bicycle. I also have the Metlox poppet nun named Monica, which I noticed you have in your collection. St. Rita is also one of my favorite saints, and I truly admire the special devotion you have for her. Thank you so much for photographing your convent and sharing it with us. May God continue to Bless you and your beautiful family. - Joey Bechtel | http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nunfigurines/, Fri, 10 Mar 2006 1:16AM
I loved seeing your collection and how beautifully you have them all arranged. I too am an avid collector; mone are nun dolls and I have close to 300 now displayed throughout my home. How wonderful it is for me to know that there are others out there who share my love for the historical role of women in the Church, and the precious legacy of faith they have given us. It is these types of private collections that keep their memory alive for future generations and will perhaps foster more vocations to religious life. Bless you for such a marvelous display and for sharing it online for others to enjoy. - Julie Walker | I don't know how to make one, Thu, 9 Mar 2006 10:56PM
