10 This three-dimensional star raises above the rest. The star measures approx. 1/4 high. Looks like an erupting volcano or star burst.

11 Massive and slightly crudely made but well executed. Deeply carved black glass, raised flower. Not perfectly round and a bit of molten glass must have dripped off the edge as seen in the photo. Embedded brass shank. Fine old example of black glass.
