After ESB, we started straight to Macy's - the world's largest store. We wanted to see the lighting at the store for Christmas and New Years'. It was indeed a large store.

During normal business hours I suppose this place will be crowded with hot dog vendors and people on the go munching. Duh! the city is fast man...

enlarge 170KB, 800x600 5 Elmo balloon standing at the Macy's entrance. The entire street is the store. Its a long walk of about 10 minutes one way and that would cover just one wall. There are 4 such walls FYI, so you can imagine how big the store really is.

It was a long walk of about 15 blocks, but there was no way I was going to pull out the car from the parking as you can see what the crowd would be at the plaza and I was sure of not getting another parking even if I was willing to pay another 40 bucks.
